Thank you for purchasing tickets to our event at The Hernando County Fairgrounds in Brooksville. To make your experience as smooth as possible, here are some helpful tips for this weekend:

 

1. Come EARLY – Seating is First Come First Serve!

We highly suggest coming to experience the event in full, and we don’t want you to be stuck in traffic getting into the venue. We always recommend being on-site  when the gates open at 11:30 AM, or as late as 1:15 PM, as traffic, parking, and entrance times can be at least 30 minutes getting into the venue with only 1 access road.

 

TIMES:

11:00 AM – Parking Lot Opens (do not arrive prior to 11:00 AM)

11:30 AM – Grandstand Gates Open (to ALL ticket holders, even those without a pre show party pass)

11:30 AM – Pre Show Party Begins

1:30 PM – Pre Show Party Ends

2:00 PM – Showtime (show ends around 3:50 PM)

*Monster Truck Rides available throughout the entire event

 

 

2. Verify Your Tickets – Then Print or Screen Shot the Square QR Code

Double check your tickets to make sure you have the correct tickets, if you tickets say KIDS as the first word and you are above the age of 13, you will not be allowed entry into the event.

 

To make all of the lines move as efficiently as possible to keep your wait times down, we highly suggest either printing your tickets or taking a screen shot of the square QR barcode of your tickets and saving them onto your phone.

  

You will have to scan your tickets at the Front Gate, at the Pre Show Party entrance, and at the Monster Ride Experience for entry. If you have an All Inclusive Pass, you’ll still have to scan it at all 3 locations to check in.  

 

3. Paid Parking Available On-Site

As stated on the ticketing website, parking is available on-site for $10 per vehicle, cash or card accepted at the parking lot entrance.

 

Parking lots open at 11:00 AM, parking lots will be closed before these times so do not attempt to enter the facility before the parking lot open times as you will be stuck on the main road.

    

4. Make sure you buy a Pre Show Party Pass for at least 1 adult in your group!  

As stated on the website and on your ticket, children under the age of 12 will NOT be allowed into the Pre Show Party area without at least 1 adult for safety and accountability. If you haven’t already done so, make sure you get at least 1 ticket for an adult in your group.  

 

Remember, the Pre Show Party does close 30 minutes before the start of the show, and will NOT re-open, so if you have both pre show party and monster ride truck tickets, and you see a long line for the monster truck ride, we highly suggest doing the pre show party first and doing the monster truck rides later.

  

5. Monster Truck Ride Availability - $10 Re-Ride Option!

Wait times for the monster ride experience will be over 30 minutes long at some points during the pre-show.

 

If you do see a long line at the monster ride experience, especially during the pre-show, do note that you can come back during the pre-show, during intermission, and rides are available after the show as well, or you can purchase the $5 per person fast pass upgrade at the check in tent.

 

Remember, if you have monster truck ride and pre show party pass, we highly suggest enjoying the pre show party first, because the pre show party does close 30 minutes prior to showtime and will not re-open after that.

 

There is a $10 re-ride pass that can be purchased at the monster ride truck check in tent, just show your original monster ride ticket to get a re-ride pass. All $10 re-rides come with fast pass access as well!

 

 

7. Outside Food and Drink is allowed.

We have a great lineup of food and drink vendors on site. But if you want to bring in your own food and drink, that is allowed. We do ask there is no alcohol and no glass brought into the venue, security will check upon entry.

 

 

8. Purchase the VIP Monster Experience? Here’s what to do on-site:   

If you have purchased the VIP Monster Experience, make sure you check-in at the VIP check in tent. Our staff will give you your VIP Lanyard & ID Card.

 

This lanyard & ID card will give you fast pass lane access to the Fun Zone and Ride Truck (do not wait in line at the ride truck tent or pre show party tent, just approach the tents with your VIP badge visible and they will wave you through).  Your seating area is marked with red tape on the main seating area, center of the track, and your VIP gift is available at the merchandise stand.
